Nepalese Society, Singapore is the first and the only registered society of the Nepalese Community in Singapore. The society is officially registered with Registry of Societies (ROS), Ministry of Home Affairs, Singapore, on 10 January 2008 with registration number ROS 1126/2007. The society is a non-profitable, non-political and secular organization and aims to promote and preserve Nepali cultures, traditions and heritage, strengthen mutual cooperation among Nepalese living in Singapore and cultural exchanges with various communities in Singapore. The society organises various Nepali cultural activities during Nepali New Year in April, Dashain/Tihar in October/November, picnic gatherings and other activities. The society shall also participate in many other events organized by local international communities in Singapore. Now, we are in the process of membership enrollment. Nepalese Society welcomes all Nepalese living in Singapore and friends to join our membership.
